An established Third Sector body in Belfast are seeking to expand their team with a dedicated Accounts Assistant on a part time basis (3 days per week). This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual looking to progress their career within a supportive and dynamic environment at their headquarters in Belfast.
Salary / Benefits- Competitive salary package
- 35 days annual leave (including public holidays)
Part Time Hours
About you- Some experience or background in finance or accounts administration
- Basic knowledge of managing company bank accounts is advantageous
- Good Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
- Enthusiastic team player with a willingness to learn
- Support the preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements
- Assist with accounts reconciliation and bookkeeping tasks
- Help process invoices and maintain accurate financial records
- Contribute to financial reporting and analysis activities
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth financial operations
