Accounting Operations Manager | International Professional Services Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 DOE

Flexible hybrid model, typically 2 to 3 days per week in our Belfast office. More office time may be expected during onboarding to support training, team integration and knowledge transfer

Hours:

We're now looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Accounting Operations Manager to join our Professional Services division in Belfast. This is an opportunity to move beyond a traditional accounting role and take ownership of people, processes, quality and continuous improvement within an expanding international operation. Working closely with colleagues across Northern Ireland and India, you'll lead a talented team of accounting professionals, help shape how services are delivered and scaled, and play a key role in driving technology, automation and AI adoption across the business.
