Our client is an innovative organisation at the forefront of their industry. As the business continues to develop, they are looking to appoint a Finance Manager/Company Accountant to support financial operations, enhance internal controls, and contribute to the ongoing development of the finance function.

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) or qualified by experience
• Broad accounting experience across operational and technical activities
• Experience establishing or maintaining internal controls
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement

• Oversee day-to-day accounting, including AP, AR, and financial reporting
• Maintain and improve internal controls and financial procedures
• Assist with monthly management accounts and annual financial statements
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Liaise with payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely processing
• Complete account reconciliations and support audit activities
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting
