Company Accountant - Belfast
MCS Group are delighted to be partnering with a healthcare provider to recruit a Company Accountant to join their expanding finance team in Belfast.

The RewardsAs the successful Company Accountant, you will receive:

Working as a senior member of the team, as the successful Company Accountant you will take ownership of day-to-day financial reporting, controls and balance sheet integrity, while supporting group-level reporting as the business grows.
Main Responsibilities- Prepare monthly management accounts at an entity and group level
- Maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations
- Working capital management
- Cash flow forecasting
- KPI reporting
- Support statutory accounts preparation and external audit
- Provide guidance and oversight to junior finance staff
The successful Company Accountant will meet the following criteria:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
- Strong experience in management accounting and balance sheet control
- Comfortable operating in a hands-on business
- High attention to detail and strong professional judgement
