to join our clients team in its City Centre offices. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead fieldwork, oversee complex audit processes, and mentor junior colleagues while playing a key role in delivering high-quality audit services to clients.
As an
Audit Supervisor
, you will be responsible for managing audit assignments from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with professional standards while delivering outstanding client service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading fieldwork and managing workflow within the audit team.
- Reviewing and issuing outputs to clients with minimal guidance.
- Identifying key issues in audits and offering practical solutions.
- Providing training, feedback, and support to junior team members to enhance their professional development. Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact.
- Overseeing technical compliance and advisory work.
- Take ownership of audit assignments, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a strong team culture.
- Build and maintain excellent client relationships while identifying opportunities for additional services.
Experience:
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA).
- 3-4 years of relevant audit experience.
- Experience working to tight deadlines and handling a portfolio of clients.
