Finance Assistant - Accounts Payable Belfast Salary c.£35K - £37K DOE On behalf of our client, McKinty Associates are delighted to invite an experienced Finance Assistant / Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our clients established Finance team. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day processing of vendor invoices and ensure accurate financial record-keeping. Duties/Responsibilities:
Process Invoices Match and Verify Execute Payments Resolve Discrepancies Reconcile Statements Month-End Support Ah-Hoc duties to support the Finance team Eligibility criteria:
Previous Accounts Payable experience - minimum of 4 years of dedicated experience in an accounts payable or general accounting role. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel including V-Lookup, formulas, and Pivot tables Ability to work under minimum supervision Ability to develop and build good working relationships Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Strong IT skills and ability to work to deadlines Keen eye for detail
