Bookkeeper / Accounts Technician - Belfast MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with an established and growing Practice located in Belfast, looking to recruit for a Bookkeeper / Accounts Technician on a full time, permanent basis. The Company:

Job Duties of the Bookkeeper / Accounts Technician:
Maintaining accurate bookkeeping records for a portfolio of clients across a range of sectors Processing purchase and sales ledgers, bank and credit card transactions Carrying out bank, supplier and control account reconciliations Preparing and submitting VAT returns under Making Tax Digital Preparing management accounts and assisting with year end records for the accounts team Dealing directly with client queries in a professional and helpful manner What you need to be the Bookkeeper / Accounts Technician:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper, with previous work in an accountancy practice essential Confident handling multiple clients and deadlines at once Strong working knowledge of VAT and MTD
