Honeycomb is pleased to partner with our valued client to recruit for a Helpdesk Administrator to join their Belfast-based team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established organisation that continues to grow within a dynamic and evolving industry.

The Helpdesk Administrator plays an integral role within the company. You will act as the central point of contact for in‑house engineers, coordinating work schedules and supporting daily operational activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acting as the primary liaison for in‑house engineers, organising callouts and routine service visits nationwide.
  • Overseeing compliance tasks, maintaining customer records, and uploading or digitising documentation as required.
  • Reviewing and processing job‑related invoices.
  • Serving as a key contact for clients via telephone and email correspondence.
  • Ensuring clear and effective communication across internal departments to support smooth day‑to‑day operations.
  • Demonstrating strong attention to detail and the ability to perform efficiently in a fast‑paced, varied environment.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar administrative or helpdesk role and be comfortable working within a busy setting. You will have strong coordination and organisational abilities, with excellent IT proficiency essential for success in this position.

The remuneration package offers a competitive salary between £30,000‑£32,000, depending on experience. The role operates Monday to Friday, includes an early finish on Fridays, and provides on‑site parking.
