VANRATH are delighted to be assisting our Private Sector client, a large organisation with the recruitment of an Administrator to join their team based in East
Belfast.

• Full-time position - 37.5 hours per week
• 9am-5pm Monday
  - Friday
• Temporary contract until 31/03/2026

This established engineering company operates within the renewable and green technology sector, specialising in retrofitting sustainable energy solutions into domestic properties.

• Previous administration experience in a busy office environment
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Strong written communication skills and fluent English
• IT literate with the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• General administration duties including answering calls and responding to customer emails
• Manage EV charging job administration using internal systems
• Send customer survey templates and prepare quotations
• Log and book response jobs and coordinate customer appointments
• Process customer invoicing
• Maintain accurate records across company databases
