Executive Assistant - Exciting Relocation Opportunity

This role requires relocating and is on a single status basis (Can only be yourself relocating). The community you would be relocating to is simply amazing – they have approx. 13,000 western expats onsite along with fantastic amenities - onsite gyms, pools, cinemas, Starbucks, restaurants, and active communities.

Should your application be successful, you will be allocated a relocation worker to support you through the process.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings
Coordinate travel, visas, and itineraries
Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
Support projects and ensure daily office efficiency

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience working in an EA / PA / Office Manager or Secretarial position
Strong Interpersonal Skills
Exceptional Organisational Abilities
Low living expenses – your own apartment for $100 - $200 per month (this includes all utility bills)
Relocation support
