Key responsibilities include -
  • Managing client documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Providing administrative support to the mortgage advisory team.
  • Liaising with clients to gather required information and maintain strong relationships.
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Contributing to the overall efficiency and organisation of the office.
The Person:This role is ideal for someone with a proactive attitude and a passion for supporting a high-performing team.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in mortgage administration or financial services.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and financial documentation.
