Position: Travel Coordinator (App: -94d1)

Referment is partnering with Kilnbridge to recruit a Travel Coordinator, to take central responsibility for all corporate travel and accommodation across the group. The role will be office based and can be housed in one of the following office locations - Belfast (Lisburn), Ipswich, Northampton or Runcorn.

This is a key role ensuring that site teams and staff are mobilised across the UK safely, efficiently and in line with company policy. You will manage the full lifecycle of travel arrangements while maintaining strong commercial oversight and stakeholder communication.

The Role You Will Be Responsible For
  • Coordinating all UK domestic travel including flights, rail and accommodation
  • Selecting cost effective options in line with budgets and procurement standards
  • Ensuring compliance with company travel policy, safety requirements and GDPR
  • Managing real time itinerary changes and last minute cancellations
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for colleagues and site teams
  • Maintaining accurate booking records and traveller profiles
  • Monitoring travel spend and supporting reporting and audit requirements
  • Working with Procurement to ensure competitive supplier performance
Essential Qualifications
  • Experience booking UK domestic travel or in an administrative coordination role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and remain calm under pressure
  • Confident communicator with a professional, customer focused approach
  • Strong IT literacy including Microsoft Office
  • GCSEs or equivalent including English and Maths
Desirable Skills
  • Experience using corporate travel systems
  • Experience reporting on travel spend
  • Knowledge of procurement principles
  • GDPR awareness training
