Position: Financial Services / Lettings Administrator R&G Financial Advisers

Financial Services / Lettings Administrator for R&G Financial Advisers in Milngavie town centre

Part-Time – 16 hours per week
Location – Milngavie town centre

Annual salary of £10,474.88 (based on current NMW £12.21)

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a part-time Financial Services / Lettings Administrator to join our Milngavie branch.

At R&G Independent Financial Advisers, we pride ourselves on delivering friendly, professional advice built on honesty, integrity and truly independent guidance. Alongside our strong presence in Financial Services, we have an excellent reputation within the Estates and Lettings industry.

We are seeking someone who brings a positive approach to their work and is keen to be part of a supportive, client-focused team.

The Role

Providing administrative support as instructed by the Director and Office Manager

Preparing appropriate documentation and paperwork

Managing diaries and providing general business support

Maintaining accurate back-office systems to ensure compliance requirements are met

Tracking progress of business with lenders and providers

Liaising with clients where required

About You

A professional and well-presented manner

Excellent communication and people skills

Strong time management and prioritisation abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

The ability to multitask and manage a varied workload

A self-motivated and proactive attitude

Working Hours

9:00am – 1:00pm, Monday to Thursday

The position will be reviewed after three months.
