Legal Exec/Secretary (Probate) on behalf of a trusted client. This full-time position, based in Belfast, offers an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team providing essential administrative and legal assistance within a busy private client department.

What Youll Do :
Prepare and process legal documents relating to wills, probate, and estate administration Liaise with clients, executors, and external stakeholders in a professional and compassionate manner Manage diary scheduling, meetings, and correspondence for fee earners Maintain accurate case files, ensuring compliance with firm procedures and deadlines Draft routine letters, forms, and documentation under solicitor supervision Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion What Youll Need:
Previous experience in a legal secretarial role, ideally within probate or private client Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems Professional telephone manner and strong written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team Discretion and empathy when dealing with sensitive client matters What Youll Get:
