Administrative Officer, Governance Finance and Governance

Salary: £26,449 - £28,094 per annum

This role delivers core administrative support across governance and verification functions, managing enquiries, records, and meeting coordination. It ensures accurate data handling, timely preparation of papers and minutes, and contributes to efficient operations through clear communication and professional conduct.
Essential Criteria- a) Dealing with client/customer queries by phone and electronically.
- b) Use of the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- At least 2 years’ experience supporting governance or corporate processes, such as coordinating meetings, maintaining records, or working within established policies and procedures.
- At least 2 years’ experience handling sensitive or confidential information, demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and adherence to data protection requirements.
