Studio & Production Administrator

Sort are looking to add a Studio & Production Administrator to our team. The successful applicant will act as a liaison between clients and the design team, help plan the studio's workflow, and work with clients and suppliers to ensure excellent service and production.

To be successful you’ll need to be self‑motivated, organised, and able to manage your own workload while working effectively with the rest of the team. You’ll enjoy working with clients, coordinating the team’s activities, and have a keen eye for detail.

• Providing comprehensive administrative support to the business.
• Dealing with client queries and processing requests in a timely fashion via phone and e‑mail.
• Assisting with the planning and resourcing of projects, working with the design team to check the status of work, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Providing first‑line support for any queries, and greeting enquirers and clients.
• Working with suppliers and printers to source and deliver client requirements.
• Financial admin duties (dependent on experience).

• Proven experience in administration and/or studio management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and multi‑tasking abilities.
• Relevant IT skills (Google Suite / MS Office).
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
• Desirable but not necessary: experience working in a creative environment or studio.
