Position: Project Administrator - £28,500 - (Option Of 5:30AM – 2:00PM OR 12:00PM – 8:30PM Working Hours)

A growing, women-led business and professional services organisation is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Administrator to oversee the administration of projects as part of the wider project management team. They require someone who has a track record in business administration or other project-based positions.

The requirement for these positions has arisen as a Fortune 500 client is due to undergo a project with this organisations assistance. Exposure to a company of such size and success is sure to be exciting and insightful and will provide a lot of learning opportunities into how such a company becomes so successful. If the working hours of either 5:30AM - 2:00PM or 12:00 - 8:30PM suit your schedule and work/life balance then this is the role for you!

What

You Will Do
  • Initially working 5 days onsite per week but reducing to 3 days onsite after 6 - 8 weeks.
  • Work closely with Program Managers to maintain and coordinate high-volume data input regarding projects and assigning and monitoring team responses.
  • Ensuring accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Handling highly confidential and sensitive information, demonstrating excellent judgement, discretion, and diplomacy in completing tasks.
  • Overseeing day-to-day project operations, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards.
  • Managing time efficiently to prioritise tasks, ensuring project deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Facilitating clear and effective communication and fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Identifying potential issues, providing solutions, and implementing effective strategies.
  • Understanding and meeting client needs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and other project-related documents.
  • Assisting in identifying and mitigating project risks.
What You Will Have
  • 2+ years of experience in a Business Administration / Admin Support / Project based role
  • Experience in Business Administration, or a related field
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proven track record, demonstrating the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure consistency in reaching the project's goal.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in office software (Google Workspace, MS Office, project management software).
