Location:

Belfast (office based) Pay: £13.50 per hour plus accrual of holiday pay Duration: 3 months

Should you have demonstrable experience in a customer service role engaging directly with the public; have been exposed to a fast paced, collaborative team environment, we would like to hear from you.

We have a fantastic opportunity for Customer Service Representative to manage the day-to-day processing of visa applications & renewals. This will include greeting customers, supporting completion and checking of applications, obtaining biometric data and other documentation. You will need to follow an established and defined filing and administration process, all guided by a computer-based system. It is crucial for this role to engage with applicants and provide a positive service.

Similarly, handling customer complaints diplomatically and assertively will be imperative. A valid DBS is required as part of the screening process. A copy of your certificate will need to be provided. What You'll Be Doing Greeting and assisting customers throughout the application process Supporting applicants with completing and checking forms Collecting biometric data and required documentation Following structured administrative and filing procedures Using a computer-based system to guide workflow Handling customer queries and complaints with diplomacy and confidence Interested?
