Key Responsibilities Prepare, revise, and proofread legal documents and correspondence Manage and maintain accurate case files (both electronic and paper-based) Coordinate diaries, including court dates, meetings, and client appointments Act as a first point of contact for clients, handling calls and enquiries professionally Prepare and submit court documents in line with required deadlines and procedures Draft routine correspondence including emails, letters, and memos Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning, photocopying, and ordering supplies Ensure all confidential information is handled appropriately and securely Requirements Minimum of 5 GCSEs (including Maths and English, Grade C or above) At least 2 years experience in a Legal Secretary or Office Administration role Strong organisational and communication skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
