Honeycomb is delighted to be working in partnership with a highly regarded client to recruit an Office Administrator for their busy Belfast office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a long-established business that is continuing to expand within a fast-moving and developing sector. The Office Administrator is a key member of the team, providing essential support to in-house engineers, coordinating daily schedules, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth running of operational processes.

Key responsibilities include:

Acting as the main point of contact for in-house engineers, coordinating service appointments. Managing a portfolio of customer accounts, delivering a high level of customer service while building and maintaining positive client relationships. Supporting the preparation, checking, and processing of job-related invoices, along with general administrative duties linked to billing. Assisting with compliance administration, maintaining accurate customer records, and uploading or scanning documentation where required.

Handling customer enquiries by telephone and email, providing a professional and responsive service. Liaising with internal departments to ensure effective communication and the efficient delivery of day-to-day operations. Maintaining a high level of accuracy while managing a varied workload in a busy office environment. The successful candidate will have previous experience in administration and thrive working in a fast-paced environment.

You will have excellent organisational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and be proficient in using a range of IT systems. The salary for this position is £27,000-£29,000, depending on experience. The role is Monday to Friday and includes the benefit of on-site parking.
