We are hiring for our client, a well-known professional services firm, to appoint a Receptionist / Front of House to join their Belfast City Centre office.
This Receptionist / Front of House role offers the opportunity to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming experience. The successful candidate will manage reception duties, coordinate office communications, and support administrative tasks for a busy organisation.
This is an excellent role for someone organised, personable, and professional who enjoys working in a client‑facing environment within a structured corporate setting.

- Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

- Previous reception, front of house, or administrative experience preferred

- Salary £27,000
