Administrator – Maternity Cover (: R/AM/M/261)

Fixed Term – 10 Months
Monday–Friday | 37.5 hrs/week
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | £26,227.50 annum

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative and customer support on a maternity cover basis, to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Kerbside department. This role plays a key part in maintaining high standards of customer service, operational accuracy, and compliance across a range of essential business functions.

• 2+ years’ experience working in a customer facing role within an office environment
• Experience of using standard software packages e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word
• 5 GCSE’s to include Maths and English or equivalent

• A confident communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly accurate with excellent attention to detail
• Organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
• Flexible and adaptable, thriving in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
• Willing and able to provide cover and work flexible hours, including shifts between 7:30am and 6:00pm, as required
