Personal Assistant Belfast £33,000-£38,000 Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be partnering with a well established organisation in the professional services sector to recruit a Personal Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to provide dedicated support multiple Directors while also contributing to the smooth operation of the wider business. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting senior leadership, managing day-to-day priorities and ensuring effective communication and coordination across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Core Executive Support Complex diary and calendar management across multiple stakeholders Inbox management and correspondence drafting Meeting coordination, agenda preparation and minute-taking Travel planning and itinerary management Gatekeeping and prioritisation of competing demands Preparation of board packs, reports and presentations Operational & Business Support Project coordination and follow-up on key actions Process improvement and workflow optimisation Event planning and execution Budget tracking and expense management Office operations and facilities coordination Stakeholder Management Acting as a trusted liaison between senior leaders and stakeholders Building relationships across all levels of the business Managing confidential and sensitive information with discretion Client-facing communication and relationship management Influencing and coordinating across multiple teams Key
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a PA, EA or business support professional Exceptional diary, inbox and workload management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands. Experience preparing reports, meeting packs, agendas and confidential documentation. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to coordinate projects business initiatives. Ability to anticipate needs, proactively solve problems and provide solutions before issues arise. Strong stakeholder management skills - confident building relationships across all levels of an organisation.
Experience handling sensitive information with professionalism, discretion and sound judgement. Commercial awareness with an understanding of business operations and senior leadership priorities.
