About the Role
** This is a fantastic opportunity to join Newcastle Strategic Solutions (NSSL) on a 12-month fixed-term contract within our Printing & Stationery team. The department delivers a fully centralised print, fulfilment, stock management, administration, purchasing and distribution service across all areas of the business.
Operating across a two-shift rota, the team is a dynamic and fast-paced production unit responsible for customer communications print and fulfilment, colour laser printing, large format printing, stock management and stationery services. In addition, the team supports the wider business through purchasing, storage and distribution activities.
As a Distribution Administrator you will play an integral role in supporting these services and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the department. Your responsibilities will include:
* Picking, packing and distributing stationery and literature requests across Head Office departments and branch networks.
* Supporting stock control and storage management activities.
* Undertaking print production and print-finishing tasks.
* Assisting with customer communications print and fulfilment processes.
* Ordering and replenishing stock to meet business requirements.
* Completing data processing and administrative tasks to support departmental operations.
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of departmental processes and developing skills across multiple areas of the team.
This role provides excellent exposure to a variety of operational functions and offers the opportunity to build a broad and valuable skill set within a professional and highly efficient environment.
*
* Please note:
This role is 100% onsite.
