Position: Occupational Health Business Administration Apprentice

UKIM is offering an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join us as our new Occupational Health Business Administration Apprentice, based at our Durham office.
As our apprentice, you’ll play an important role within our Occupational Health service supporting case management, communicating with clients and clinical teams, and helping to keep daily operations running smoothly. You’ll gain hands‑on experience while contributing meaningfully to the service, all within a supportive and inclusive workplace.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:- Responding to customer enquiries received by post, email, telephone, and in person at reception
- Working collaboratively with clients, clinicians, and internal colleagues
- Managing case files professionally, accurately, and confidentially
We’re seeking someone who:
- Has at least 2 years’ experience in customer service or administrative work
- Is confident using Microsoft Office and other IT systems
- Communicates clearly in both written and spoken English
- Remains calm under pressure, is respectful, and has a helpful attitude
- Is eager to learn, develop, and provide excellent service
You’ll be part of a supportive team, working alongside:
- Occupational Health professionals
- HR and management teams
- External clients and customers
