The Role This is a great opportunity for an organised, customer-focused administrator to join a busy operations team, supporting new client requests from initial enquiry right through to completion. You'll work closely with internal teams to keep information accurate and work flowing efficiently, acting as a key point of contact for clients by phone and email. It's a role suited to someone who thrives on accuracy and structure, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a long-term career in professional services administration.
Key Responsibilities Manage the administration of new client requests from initial enquiry through to completion Gather and process client information accurately across internal systems Create and maintain client records and documentation Coordinate with internal teams to ensure work is allocated efficiently Monitor workloads and ensure tasks are completed within agreed deadlines Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress updates Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders via email and telephone Follow up on outstanding documentation and information Respond to general enquiries and escalate issues where appropriate Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes and service delivery What You'll Need Essential:
Previous experience in administration, customer service or office support Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel Right to work in the UK, based in or commutable to Belfast Nice to have:
Experience in a professional services or fast-paced, deadline-driven environment A proactive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn and develop Why Apply?
