Reed Recruitment are delighted to be working with a successful organisation based in the Dunmurry/ Finaghy area.

Our client has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join their team of a part-time basis.

The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers and clients, handling queries and managing financial documentation with precision and care.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Raise all invoices relating to contracts, manage payments, and ensure timely receipt of funds.
• Prepare salary, VAT, and accountancy invoicing monthly in coordination with the company accountant.
• Support the Sales Team by raising new contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
• Maintain and monitor shipping schedules, liaising with buyers and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Track contracts to ensure timely delivery and minimal disruption.
• Manage and monitor office stock and stationery, including maintenance of the office environment.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, distribute papers, take minutes, and handle follow-up actions.
• Maintain and update diaries, organize meetings, and make travel arrangements for the Sales Team.
• Monitor and record staff annual and sick leave.
