This position offers a varied workload combining traditional office administration duties with support for business development and tender submission activities. Key responsibilities will include:
Providing comprehensive administrative support, including document preparation, correspondence management and filing systems. Coordinating meetings, diary management, travel arrangements and visitor administration. Assisting with the preparation and submission of tenders, proposals, presentations and business documentation to tight deadlines. Managing office supplies, equipment, facilities and external service providers. Supporting finance administration, including purchase orders, invoices, expense processing and project documentation. Assisting with quality management administration and maintaining accurate records.
Providing general administrative support across multiple departments as required. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in an office administration position, ideally within a professional or corporate environment. A qualification in Business Administration, Office Management or a related discipline. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. A proactive approach with a positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team when required.
