The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers, delivering exceptional client service, and ensuring the smooth processing of new and existing business.
The Role As an IFA Administrator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to advisers throughout the client journey. You will work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure client cases are processed efficiently, accurately, and in line with regulatory requirements. Key duties will include:
Supporting advisers with client meeting preparation and review documentation Preparing client reports and associated paperwork Processing new business, top-ups, fund switches and investment transactions Managing Letters of Authority and provider correspondence Updating and maintaining accurate client records using back-office systems Producing annual review packs and assisting with review report preparation Liaising with product providers regarding client policies and transactions Handling client and provider enquiries via telephone and email Ensuring all compliance and regulatory documentation is completed accurately Supporting the wider administration team with day-to-day operational activities About You To be considered, you should have:
Previous experience in an IFA Administration, Financial Planning Administrator, Wealth Management Administrator or Financial Services Administration role Experience processing new business and supporting advisers Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Good working knowledge of provider platforms Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly A proactive and team-focused approach to work
Desirable Experience Experience using Intelligent Office / Intelliflo Office Previous experience within an Independent Financial Adviser or Wealth Management environment Knowledge of pensions, investments and protection products What's on Offer?
