Part-Time PA

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established law firm looking to appoint a Part-Time PA to support its Commercial team in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PA or Legal Secretary who enjoys providing high-quality administrative support within a professional services environment. Working closely with fee earners and Partners, you will play an important role in keeping the team organised and ensuring work is delivered efficiently.

They're ideally looking for someone 3 days a week (circa 20-24 hours) but could be flexible to different working patterns. Typical duties include:
Provide administrative and PA support to fee earners and Partners Prepare, format, proofread and produce legal documents, reports and correspondence Manage diaries, inboxes and meeting arrangements Support billing, WIP reporting, invoicing and file management processes Maintain accurate records, process expenses and assist with general team administration The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience in a PA, Legal PA or Legal Secretary position Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong document production skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams and document management systems Professional communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly It would be beneficial if the successful candidate had previous experience working for a law firm or professional services firm.
