Job description:
Business Support and Pricing Administrator, Duncrue £27,000 to £29,000 + benefits We are working with a leading business group to appoint their new Customer Service Administrator who will join them at their Fit-Out business based in Duncrue where you will work closely with customers on all initial product enquiries, pricing and orders. Working within a small team you will be responsible for handling enquiries on pricing, products and orders from commercial customers, this will include;
Handling incoming calls and emails from customers Providing pricing and product advice support Order processing and associated administration What we are looking for 2 + years experience gained in a similar role Confident communication and interpersonal skills Sound level of IT literacy In return you can expect a generous package, benefits and progression opportunities.
