The Inclusion Assistant sits within Fieldfisher’s Inclusion Team, a team of four comprising the Head of Inclusion, two Senior Inclusion Executives, and an Inclusion Assistant. The team forms part of the wider Sustainability & ESG (SESG) Department, which brings together the firm’s activities across:

• People – Inclusion
• Planet – Climate and Environment
• Purpose and Prosperity – Our legal services and Pro bono and Communities
• Governance and Sustainability Systems.

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and organised Inclusion Assistant to support our UK and European offices. Supporting the Inclusion Team, you will help implement the Inclusion strategy, action plans, communications, and awareness days. You will be part a four-member Inclusion Team split between London and Belfast. This role sits as part of the wider SESG team which is split across three of our UK offices, London, Manchester and Belfast.

This role would be well suited for someone with a background in HR or Marketing & Communications.
