Overview Facilities Helpdesk Advisor
Full Time | 37.5 hours per week
Help keep every service safe, ready and running.Behind every welcoming Change Grow Live service is a facilities team making sure our buildings work as they should.
We’re looking for a Facilities Helpdesk Advisor to help coordinate the maintenance, equipment and facilities support that keeps our premises safe, compliant and well maintained.
You’ll be a central point of contact for colleagues, contractors and service providers—turning requests into action, keeping people informed and making sure issues are progressed efficiently.

You’ll work closely with the Facilities Management Team, responding to maintenance enquiries, coordinating contractors and maintaining accurate property and compliance records.
From supporting new premises and service relocations to resolving day-to-day maintenance issues, you’ll help ensure our facilities service remains responsive, reliable and focused on what matters.
What you’ll be doingYou’ll:
- Respond to enquiries received through the Facilities Helpdesk and act as the first point of contact for maintenance-related queries.
- Log, monitor and progress requests through our property management systems.
- Coordinate contractors and service providers, arranging site attendance where required.
- Support the opening, relocation and closure of Change Grow Live premises.
- Help services purchase appropriate equipment and facilities-related services.
- Maintain accurate records across our premises, regional accounts and statutory health and safety requirements.
- Attend facilities meetings and provide clear updates to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Support the wider Facilities Management Team and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Full time, 37.5 hours per week.
Please note:
Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and any associated payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
You’re organised, responsive and comfortable managing several priorities at once.
You understand that good facilities support is built on clear communication, accurate information and following issues through to completion.
You’ll bring:
- Experience providing helpdesk, facilities, property, maintenance or administrative support.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- The confidence to work with contractors, suppliers and colleagues across different services.
- Good IT skills and the ability to maintain accurate databases and records.
- Strong organisation, prioritisation and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of compliance.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work independently when needed.
The quality of our buildings has a direct impact on the people who work in and access our services.
Your work will help make sure maintenance concerns are acted on, contractors are coordinated effectively and facilities information remains accurate and up to date.

What we’ll give youYou’ll receive 25 days’ annual leave, plus bank holidays, increasing by one day for each completed year of service during your first five years to a maximum of 30 days.
