Are you an organised, proactive professional who enjoys bringing people, projects and moving parts together?
We’re working with a well-established people development business with an international client base, delivering programmes designed to help organisations and their people perform, develop and create meaningful change.
As the business continues to grow, we’re looking for a Client Programme Coordinator to join the Belfast team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and takes pride in making sure every detail is handled seamlessly.
The Opportunity You’ll play a central role in coordinating the successful delivery of client learning and development programmes. Working across clients, facilitators, internal delivery teams and commercial colleagues, you’ll manage multiple programmes from initial planning through to completion.
You’ll be coordinating schedules, managing programme logistics, preparing documentation, communicating with participants and stakeholders and solving challenges before they become problems.
What you’ll be doing
Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of client training programmes and development events.
Build strong relationships with clients, facilitators and internal stakeholders.
Manage programme logistics including scheduling, resources, venues and virtual delivery.
Coordinate participant communications, diagnostics, assessments and pre-course activity.
Prepare and monitor programme documentation, course materials, invoices and evaluation reports.
Maintain accurate project records and provide progress updates.
Coordinate facilitator availability and manage multiple concurrent programmes.
Support client proposals and tender submissions where required.
Provide administrative and diary support to senior client-facing colleagues.
Use your judgement to manage expectations, resolve scheduling challenges and keep projects moving.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
What we’re looking forWe’re looking for someone with 3+ years’ experience in a professional, fast-paced environment, ideally with strong administration, coordination or project support experience.
You’ll be:
Highly organised and exceptionally detail-focused.
Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
A strong communicator, both written and verbal.
Comfortable working directly with external clients and building trusted relationships.
Proficient across Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
A proactive self-starter who can work independently while contributing effectively to a wider team.
Someone who enjoys taking ownership and finding solutions when plans change.
Experience in event management or training coordination would be advantageous.
Why this role?
This is more than an administration position. You’ll be at the heart of delivering programmes that help organisations and individuals develop, while working alongside experienced facilitators, coaches and client teams.
You’ll join a supportive culture where people are encouraged to take responsibility, develop their skills and make a visible contribution. If you’re a highly organised coordinator who enjoys working with people, managing detail and making things happen, we’d love to hear from you.
