Client Operations Coordinator / Administrator Belfast City Centre (1 day WFH) Full-time, Permanent We are recruiting for a Client Operations Coordinator / Administrator to join an established and highly regarded people development business working with organisations and senior leaders across the UK, US and Europe. This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator or coordinator who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, managing multiple priorities and ensuring projects and events run smoothly from start to finish, through high calibre administration and coordination.

You will act as a key coordination point between clients and a variety of internal departments, ensuring everything is organised, accurate and delivered on time. Coordinating the scheduling of client programmes, courses and events Liaising with clients, facilitators and internal teams to agree dates, requirements and logistics Managing multiple projects, requests and deadlines simultaneously Maintaining accurate client and event information on internal systems Organising programme materials assessments and event arrangements Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all requirements are completed on time Supporting invoicing, reporting and the preparation of client tenders Coordinating diaries and schedules for client-facing colleagues Collating programme feedback and evaluation information About you Highly organised, proactive and naturally detail-focused Someone who gets satisfaction from making things happen Proven experience coordinating people, information, deadlines and processes in a professional, client-facing environment.

Strong administration and coordination experience Experience managing multiple projects, tasks, clients or stakeholders The ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines Experience working with external clients Strong written and verbal communication skills Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint Confidence communicating with a range of stakeholders, including senior colleagues and clients A proactive, self-starting approach and the ability to work independently Good judgement and the confidence to make decisions when priorities change Why join?
