Position: Business Support Administrator  -Part Time
Business Support Clerk - Temporary, Part-Time | Belfast City Council

Adelaide Street, Belfast City Centre BT2 8GD

£13.47 per hour (PAYE)

18.5 hours per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)

Hatched Recruitment Group is recruiting a Business Support Clerk to join Belfast City Council's Legal Services team on a short-term, part-time basis. This is a great opportunity for an organised administrator looking for flexible hours in a professional city-centre office.

What you'll be doing:

Providing clerical support, including filing, photocopying and processing internal and external mail
Data input and extraction, call handling and cash handling
Word processing letters, memos, reports and other documents, including PowerPoint presentations
Helping prepare routine statistical and performance information
Arranging meetings and taking minutes
Dealing with customers face-to-face, by phone and email, including front desk and reception cover

What you'll need:

Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Admin experience, including data input, filing and correspondence
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer care and teamwork skills
The ability to plan and prioritise your work to meet deadlines
Availability on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
