We are currently recruiting for aPeople Operations Coordinator to join our team based atthe Mount Charles Group in Belfast. The successful candidate will report to the Head of People Services and support the wider team in generalist administrative tasks.
Working pattern

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • 9.00am to 5pm
  • Three site-based days per week

The Role
  • Help the people service team onboardand offboard employees
  • Oversee many day-to-daypeople services administrativedutiescreatingan inclusive, innovative, healthy and value based working environment.
  • Assistthepeople teamin ensuring new hiresandtransitioning team members receive the right onboarding information at the right time (positively contributing to their future success within the company)
  • Provide support for note taking for meetings for the people services team
  • Maintain and updateemployee records including all administrative task associated with these updates
  • Provide support to employees in general communications pushed out by the people services team.
  • Partner with the operations team to ensure the onboarding processremainscompliant with local and regulatory requirements
  • Assist with people and organisational administration task encompassing all live systems utilised by the people services team e.g. FLOW, Mapal, See Me Hired  and PAMS (no exhaustive)
  • Processing and analysing data to assist with the measurement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the people services team.
Essential Criteria:
  • Five GCSE’s including English and Maths or equivalent at grade C or above.
  • Candidates must be able todemonstratea working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Excellent communication skills
  • This is an entry level role – a willingness to learn is paramount
Desirable Criteria:
  • Previous experience working within a administrative function
  • Demonstrable experience in working with and understanding data
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
