Location: South Belfast
Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Brook Street is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of NIMDTA for a Business Management Administrator to join their busy and supportive team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator seeking a varied role within the Health & Social Care sector, supporting the delivery of postgraduate medical and dental training across Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processing Medical and Dental Trainee Study Leave applications and travel expense claims.
  • Managing shared inboxes and responding to enquiries from trainees and stakeholders.
  • Supporting procurement, contracts and financial administration processes.
  • Coordinating venue bookings, travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Maintaining databases, records and registers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assisting with performance reporting and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Providing reception cover and acting as a professional first point of contact for visitors and callers.
  • Supporting the wider Business Management Team and providing cover when required.
Essential Criteria
  • Previous administrative experience within a busy office environment.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
  • Strong customer service skills and a professional approach.
