Corporate Services Executive Team Assistant Role
Purpose:
To provide a professional, efficient, and customer-focused corporate administration service that supports the Executive Team, and the effective operation of the organisation. The Executive Team Assistant will also work closely with the wider Corporate Services Team, maintaining and managing a balanced and varied workload. Core responsibilities will be coordinating governance and business support activities, travel, managing information and records, supporting senior leaders and stakeholders, and ensuring the timely delivery of administrative, meeting, and communication processes.
The role plays a key part in maintaining effective business operations, supporting decision-making, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality corporate services across the organisation.
Essential Criteria : GCSE (or equivalent) English and Mathematics at Grade C/4 or above. Relevant administrative qualification (e.g. Business Administration, Office Management)
Experience of providing high-quality administrative support within a professional office environment. Experience coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas, collating papers, and recording actions or minutes. Experience managing diaries, arranging appointments, and coordinating competing priorities. Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Experience communicating effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Experience using Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
