Your new company Hays are proud to be working in partnership with the Northern Ireland Medical and Dental Training Agency (NIMDTA), an Arm's Length Body sponsored by the Department of Health. NIMDTA is responsible for overseeing postgraduate medical and dental education and training across Northern Ireland, ensuring the delivery of high-quality training programmes that support the development of the healthcare workforce.

Your new role As an Education Management Executive Officer, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Education Management team, helping to coordinate and deliver a range of educational programmes, training courses, meetings and events.
Coordinating Trainer Recognition and Faculty Development programmes. Managing and maintaining online learning platforms and educational records. Supporting the delivery of virtual learning sessions using Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Organising face-to-face and virtual meetings, conferences and training events. Monitoring attendance, evaluations and programme activity, producing reports and maintaining accurate databases. Supporting Education Delivery Group activities and meetings. Liaising with a wide range of stakeholders including healthcare organisations, universities and clinical professionals.
Providing administrative support across a variety of education and professional development work streams. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have:
Strong administrative and organisational skills. Experience coordinating meetings, events or training activities. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications. The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines. Experience maintaining accurate records, databases and reports. A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Experience supporting virtual meetings and online learning platforms would be advantageous.
What you'll get in return Temporary Band 4 opportunity until 31st Jan 2027 with possible extension Full-time hours of 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Thursday: 9.00am-5.00pm, Friday: 8.30am-4.30pm.
