Automotive Workshop Lead & Dispatch Coordinator

Previous experience within the automotive industry, particularly workshop control or technical background is required.

• Responsible for ensuring all work to vehicles within our environment is carried out appropriately and in a timely manner.
• Assigning work to vehicle technicians.
• Liaising with both the service and parts department.
• Organisational, strong IT skills and attention to detail are necessary for this role, with great interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving and decision making.
• Ability to communicate well with customers and colleagues across different departments, face‑to‑face, via email and over the telephone.
• Motivated and able to motivate others.
• Leadership and the ability to delegate, together with the ability to work under pressure.
