About you Previous experience within a customer service, parts or automotive environment (desirable) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused with a professional approach Good IT and administration skills Ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop Interest in the motor industry What you'll do Deliver excellent customer service to retail, trade and workshop customers Process goods inwards and manage parts receipting accurately Identify, price and supply vehicle parts using electronic systems Order parts efficiently to meet customer and workshop requirements Issue parts to technicians to support workshop productivity Process warranty part returns in line with manufacturer guidelines Maintain accurate stock control and storage procedures Check deliveries against orders and update inventory records Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues Support the Parts Department in achieving sales and service targets For further information on this opportunity, or any other position in Belfast or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link or contact Conor Birch in the strictest confidence.
