We are seeking a data-driven and commercially minded Market Analyst to support strategic decision-making across client acquisition service expansion and competitive positioning. This role will be pivotal in identifying growth opportunities mapping market segments and guiding client targeting strategies.

• Conduct market mapping exercises to identify core and target client segments
• Analyse industry trends competitor activity and regional demand patterns
• Develop client segmentation models based on strategic value and revenue potential
• Leverage diverse information sources to assess hiring strategies identify new opportunities and drive workforce optimisation
• Produce dashboards reports and visualizations to support leadership decisions
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics across client portfolios
• Present findings to senior stakeholders with actionable recommendations
• Conduct comprehensive qualitative and quantitative market research gathering and analysing data to deliver valuable insights

• Proven experience in market analysis business intelligence or strategy
• Strong proficiency in Excel Power BI Linked In or similar analytics tools
• Excellent data interpretation and storytelling skills
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights
• Strong communication and presentation abilities using PowerPoint to tell the story

• Experience in healthcare staffing or recruitment sectors
• Familiarity with CRM and client scoring models
• Degree in Business Economics Data Analytics or related field
