About the RoleThe Brokerage & Investigation team plays a key role in supporting Global Broking across Europe. The team manages the full lifecycle of brokerage rates — from documenting client agreements, to maintaining accurate data in internal systems, to helping resolve client queries about invoices.
This is a client-facing role, and you’ll work closely with internal teams and external clients. Full training is provided, and you’ll gain exposure across three core areas:
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organised, analytical, and eager to develop knowledge of brokerage processes and financial services.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and accurately document all brokerage rates, ensuring proper approvals and governance.
- Input and update brokerage fees in internal systems, performing checks to ensure data accuracy.
- Respond to client and internal queries, providing fee schedules and resolving brokerage-related questions.
- Investigate client invoice and trade discrepancies, coordinating with internal teams for resolution.
- Produce reconciliations, reporting (MI/KPIs), and support audit checks to evidence strong controls.
- Identify and implement process and system improvements to enhance efficiency and centralisation.
