Overview MCS Group are delighted to be partnering with an innovative technology company specialising in collaboration and meeting-room solutions to recruit for an Enterprise Account Executive. This organisation develops advanced software designed to improve enterprise communication, workplace productivity, and in-room meeting experiences.

Role & Responsibilities- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close, targeting decision makers responsible for meeting-room and collaboration technology
- Generate your own pipeline through cold outreach, field activity, networking events, and creative prospecting strategies
- Lead consultative discovery sessions to understand technical needs and commercial challenges, delivering tailored demonstrations and proposals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, successfully navigating complex buying groups
- Provide commercial insight and challenge customer assumptions while educating prospects on market trends and workplace collaboration challenges
- Take ownership of revenue targets, delivering consistent performance through a results-driven and ethical sales approach
- Collaborate with marketing, channel partners, and product teams to strengthen brand presence and support growth initiatives
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B software, SaaS, AV, or collaboration-technology sales
- Proven ability to self-generate pipeline and close new business opportunities independently
- Strong consultative selling capability, including discovery, solution positioning, and influencing senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly proactive and self-motivated, with confidence working in a field-based environment
- Results-focused with strong personal integrity and a commitment to delivering customer value
- Base salary between £50K - £65K + commission + bonus structure
