AboutThe Role
We are hiring a Hospital Partnerships Lead to own the strategy, execution and growth of Promptly’s data partnership network. The role is central to onboarding 100+ data partners by 2026 and scaling the network with consistency and trust. The Data Network Lead will manage the full lifecycle of data partnerships—origination, negotiation, onboarding, activation and long‑term collaboration—across hospitals, health systems, regional and national networks, registries and other strategic data holders.
WhatYou’ll Be Expected To Do
- Define and execute Promptly’s data network expansion strategy across Europe
- Originate and secure new data partnerships with hospitals and other relevant data custodians
- Own the end‑to‑end partner journey
- Design scalable partnership models covering data contribution, governance, incentives and long‑term collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance and Legal teams to ensure partnerships align with Promptly’s federated architecture, data model and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate multi‑country rollout plans
- Build and maintain senior‑level relationships with clinical, operational and executive stakeholders at partner organisations
- Track and report on network performance, including partner activation, data coverage and contribution to downstream analytics and commercial programmes
- A structured, strategic thinker comfortable operating in ambiguity and growth‑stage environments
- Background in strategic consulting, healthcare advisory or equivalent roles with direct exposure to health systems and data‑driven initiatives
- Proven experience building and managing partnerships or alliances, ideally involving health data or enterprise software
- Strong conceptual understanding of healthcare data ecosystems, interoperability and real‑world evidence (deep technical expertise not required)
- Ability to translate complex technical and regulatory topics into clear, credible partnership propositions
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills, including with senior clinical and executive audiences
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel across Europe on a regular basis (approximately 2 trips per month)
