We’re looking for an Associate Account Manager
(Junior Account Executive) to support our account management team s is a fantastic opportunity to
learn the ropes of customer success, client engagement, and commercial growth
—with training, mentorship, and real-world exposure to software products and clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Support senior team members in managing a
portfolio of software clients

Help prepare client communications, meeting summaries, and follow-up actions

Coordinate product demos, training sessions, and webinars

Learn how to identify customer needs and gather product feedback

Work closely with sales, support, and product teams to deliver a
seamless client experience

Maintain accurate CRM records and track client touchpoints

Monitor
basic account health metrics
and flag issues to the team

Contribute to
renewal documents and commercial proposals

Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to support client conversations

Assist in distributing
marketing content
that enhances the customer journey

What We’re Looking For:

Strong
communication and interpersonal skills

A keen interest in
technology and SaaS

Organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

Familiarity with
Microsoft Office or Teams
(or similar tools)

Experience with CRM platforms is a plus, but not essential

A
team player
with a can-do attitude and customer-first mindset
