Pricing Analyst

As our business continues to grow and evolve, the Pricing function plays an increasingly critical role in supporting commercial decision‑making, ensuring competitiveness, and protecting value across our markets. To strengthen this capability and meet the rising demand for data‑driven insights, the Pricing Team is now recruiting 2 new roles to enhance our analytical capacity, improve contract governance, and support strategic pricing initiatives across the organisation.

This position is a key part of that growth and offers the opportunity to contribute directly to business performance and future commercial success.

• Develop and maintain pricing models, analyse pricing and margin trends, and support strategic pricing decisions through regular reporting and market/competitor analysis.
• Implement and maintain pricing updates across systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely communication to stakeholders.
• Review, maintain, and manage commercial contract data, ensuring accurate records, compliance with governance requirements, and proactive monitoring of expirations or renegotiation needs.
• Provide data-driven support for contract negotiations, tenders, customer proposals, and commercial reviews.
• Extract, clean, and analyse datasets to deliver actionable insights, building dashboards and reports that monitor pricing performance, profitability, and contract adherence.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities that drive cost reduction, revenue improvement, or margin optimisation, presenting findings for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Trading, Procurement, and Operations to ensure alignment on pricing and contract strategies, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
• Maintain and improve pricing and contract management tools and processes, ensuring data integrity and supporting system enhancements and automation opportunities.
• Conduct risk analysis on pricing proposals and commercial contracts, ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal audit requirements.
• Any other duties as required to support the effective operation of the team.

• Strong numerical, analytical, and data‑interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Experience working with pricing models, contract data, or commercial terms.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and problem‑solving ability.
• Clear communication skills, with the ability to present insights to varied audiences.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to build effective relationships with cross‑functional teams.
• High integrity and commitment to governance and data accuracy.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• A Team Player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in pricing, data analysis, commercial analytics, or a similar analytical role.
• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or similar.
• Experience in FMCG, wholesale, retail, or commercial contracting environments.
• Experience with pricing or contract management systems.
• Knowledge of BI/visualisation platforms (Power BI).
• Experience in process improvement, automation, or system enhancement projects.
• Understanding of pricing elasticity, margin optimisation, or commercial modelling.
