Our client is seeking a Corporate Administrator to join a welcoming and supportive team responsible for administering a diverse portfolio of clients. This permanent position will involve the effective and efficient administration of trust and company structures of varying complexity, requiring daily interaction with clients and intermediaries. The successful candidate will have a clear understanding of regulatory frameworks and will be focused on delivering high-quality client service in alignment with organisational standards and procedures.

In this role, you will be expected to meet performance targets with the guidance of your management team, whilst also taking ownership of your personal development. The environment is collaborative, providing opportunities to learn and grow within the organisation.

Job Duties
  • Administer a portfolio of trust and company structures.
  • Maintain the highest standards of administration, including regular production of reports and analyses for third parties.
  • Draft and prepare documents, such as minutes and resolutions, where appropriate.
  • Liaise with clients, intermediaries, and other professional advisers.
  • Attend client meetings alongside client directors and managers.
  • Build and maintain long‑lasting client relationships to optimise client potential and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Ensure client confidentiality is maintained at all times.
  • Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by management.
Job Requirements
  • Will hold or be studying towards a Table 5 Qualification.
  • Proven experience in trust and company administration, financial services, or a legal services environment.
  • Sound working knowledge of the regulatory framework.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong written and verbal English.
  • A proactive attitude with a drive to learn and develop.
  • Highly accurate with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to use initiative when handling tasks and a commitment to achieving excellence.
  • Good time management and organisational skills to prioritise workloads.
  • A flexible team player.
