to lead and ensure the effective and efficient delivery of housing services for the assigned region.

as a member of the directorate's senior management team ensure the provision of excellent customer centred housing services in a landlord at scale.

• possess a degree level qualification (i.e. Level
  6) or above or an equivalent level professional qualification
